A resident of the Woodlands since 1980, Hank holds a B.S. in Finance and Business Management with a specialty in Banking from the University of Tampa, Florida. He has been licensed in the real estate profession in Texas since 1979 and a Texas Real Estate Broker since 1982, is one of the 2,500 Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS) worldwide, is an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Certified Real Estate Auctioneer, Personal Property Appraiser among other certifications. Over the past four decades, Hank has been honored with some of the most prestigious awards given by; National Association of Home Builders, the Greater Houston Builders Association, The Woodlands Development Corporation and several national home builders, as a top producing sales representative/agent as well as for his cutting edge marketing programs – regional, national and international. He was broker/ owner of Van Joslin Real Estate and of Caribbean Resort Properties until joining eXp Realty in October 2018 where he is a broker associate. He enjoys tennis, pickleball, biking and the outdoors. Having grown up in Latin America he is fully bilingual / bi-cultural Spanish / English. Also to his credit, in 1994 he was part of the successful IPO of the packaged fruit Unimark Group Inc. that he co-founded. Hank has worked as the liaison for the State of Alabama’s Department of Agriculture for grain and poultry trade with Cuba as well as other food-related consulting having to do with Latin America grown/produced products. He is involved in the ASK ABOUT a HOME in HEAVEN ministry that shares through the bible what we are required to do in order to receive our eternal home in heaven .
